Staying Healthy This Winter using Qi Medicine with Curt Anthon

Qigong supports our ability to experience more balance, health and harmony throughout the changing seasons. Winter is a time to focus on enriching Yin energy and the kidneys, which hold our most basic and fundamental energy. Curt Anthon has been practicing Qigong & Tai Chi for over 10 years and is also certified in Qi Medicine. This workshop will focus on ways to enhance our health and vitality during the winter season drawing on The Five Element Theory, one of the major systems of thought within Traditional Chinese Medicine.
